We offer a wide range of services from Full
Planning and Venue Selection to Supplier
Sourcing and Invitation Management. I also
provide On The Day Assistance which allows
Violet to take care of the setting-up, the
itinerary, and handle any issues which may arise
to ensure your day runs smoothly.
Full Planning
This service best suits those who are very busy
and do not have the time to plan their perfect
day. After the first consultation I will produce
some initial ideas for your day based on what
you have told me. Once you have decided on the
type of day you love, I will then source venues
and ideal suppliers for you to choose from, and
then handle all bookings and confirmations.
Importantly, I will make sure you are on budget
at all times. I will be on hand to answer any
questions you may have and you will be as
involved as you choose to be.
Partial Planning
Partial planning can be introduced at any stage
in the run up to your wedding. During the
consultation I will find out what has already
been done by you and then I will come up with an
action plan, this will help you to keep track
and provide me with a clear idea of what is to
be achieved.
Invitation Management
This service is very useful for couples who have
a large guest list but no time to manage the
responses. I can assist with selecting and
posting the invites if you choose and when the
RSVPs are returned I will log them all,
including any specialist dietary requirements or
access needs. At an agreed point in time, I will
also contact those who have not responded so
that your final numbers can be as accurate as
possible. I will then forward the information to
you prior to your day. |

The rising popularity of DIY invitations has led
me to introduce an assembly service, on average
a DIY invitation takes 25 minutes to put
together completely, this service can save you a
great deal of time and also applies to menus,
place cards and table plans.
On The Day Assistance
This is one of the most popular services I
provide as it enables you to completely relax
and enjoy your day with the peace of mind that a
professional is looking after every detail. I
will ensure all deliveries and suppliers arrive
as planned, the venue is dressed and that any
issues throughout the day are dealt with quickly
and efficiently. I will make sure that you have
a day to remember for all the right reasons.
Venue Selection
If you are struggling to find that perfect
place, or perhaps you don’t live in the area you
are planning to get married in this service will
be perfect for you. I will research venues which
meet your criteria, visit each of them and
provide you with a detailed report on the three
which best suit your needs. I will include
additional photographs and provide you with the
pros and cons of each venue so that you can make
an informed choice. If you require I will also
handle the booking on your behalf.
Supplier Sourcing
Supplier Sourcing is a service which is
completely flexible to suit your needs, I can
source as many suppliers. If you are struggling
to find a particular item or aren’t sure which
florist or cake designer to use I can help you
make the right choice for your day by
recommending a reputable company. |
